A tread pattern so advanced it also allows for superior gripping power in snow conditions giving the A/T its Severe Weather Rating. The dual radius tread arc increases the tread contact patch for greater traction, maximizing tread wear and smooth even wear throughout the 50,000 mile tread life warranty. Dualguard™ Polyester Body Plies consists of thick 2-ply polyester construction combined with a blend of dual sidewall rubber allows for maximum puncture resistance. Open 50-degree interlocking center treads provide excellent traction in snow, slush, rocks and on road while maximizing wear and performance.

High-Void "Moab Proven" aggressive open lug Mud Terrain provides superior traction in any condition, while its computer designed tread pattern runs quieter than the competition! The Mud Terrain "Advanced Tire Technology" got It’s "Claim to Fame" with it’s, Twin Rib Center Traction Zone. Interlocking, open, aggressive twin high void lugs deliver superior traction, and the 90-degree checked siping pattern increases and maximizes wet weather traction and bite on rocks and hard surfaces. It’s alternating high void, three lug shoulder has a larger, More aggressive open grip spur, for increased traction and self-cleaning. The shoulder lugs are pre-drilled for studs for driving in the snow and ice. It’s shoulder corner lug treatments add a deep traction bar styling that also maximizes the biting edge for increased traction in rocks and mud.

:: XTerrain Directional Tire

The Pro Comp X terrain's high void directional tread pattern takes over where other directional tires leave off. It’s staggered directionally grooved tread pattern has full length lug sipes for superior "On" or "Off Road" traction that makes it superior in mud, snow, slush, loose dirt, rock and road. Its alternating open lug shoulder grip spurs aid in increased traction and self-cleaning. The X terrain’s extra thick side wall treatment helps resist scrapes and cuts, maximizes a biting edge side wall for increased traction on rocks or in mud. Dualguard™ Polyester Body Plies consist of thick 2-ply polyester construction combined with a blend of dual side wall rubber allowing for maximum puncture resistance with total flexibility when using lower air pressure off-road without excessive heat build up. Two layers of opposed-angle steel belting spans the tread area for maximum puncture resistance. The opposed angle steel allows the tread to flex under lower air pressure to maximize traction in rock, mud and sand.
